Spiced Brown Rice with Apricots
6 servings (serving size 1/2 cup)
- 1 cup brown rice
- 1/3 cup coarsely chopped dried apricots
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 3/4 cups water
Add brown rice, dried apricots, bay leaf, cumin, cinnamon, cardamom, and water to cooking pot in Presto® Electric Pressure Cooker Plus. Close cover. Place quick pressure release valve on vent pipe. Select RICE and adjust time to 16 minutes. When time is up, allow pressure to drop of its own accord.
