Information Services Project Manager
National Presto, Inc., located in Eau Claire, WI, a nationally recognized manufacturer of small household appliances, is looking for an IS Project Manager to join the Information Services (IS) department. National Presto has been manufacturing high-quality small household appliances for 115 years.
The IS Project Manager provides support to our PRMS and BOSS users, analyzes and tests proposed changes to system processing, creates and maintains reporting functions. Also, maintains Excel macro workbooks, Access programs, InfoReports for reporting, and help desk support on all reporting functions.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems
- At least five (5) years of related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
- System Analysis and Design capabilities
- Proficient in Excel Macro VBA and Access Programming
- Proficient in RPG/CL Programming

Customer Service Representative
National Presto Industries, Inc., a national leader in innovative kitchen appliances, is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team at the corporate headquarters in Eau Claire. This is not a traditional call center; instead our CSR team operates a highly successful help line by working with customers to assist with their product or issue, and assure their experience with Presto is positive. We are looking for someone with a passion for canning.
·Handle customer orders for products and parts
·Troubleshoot and resolving customer issues or complaints
·Educate customers on use of Presto® products
·Handle warranty issues
·Data entry of customer orders and call notes.
·Other duties as assigned, including occasionally assisting in filling parts orders.
·High School Diploma or its equivalent
·Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or call center environment
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·Accurate alphanumeric keyboarding skills
·Intermediate computer literacy
·Familiarity with basic office equipment operation.
·Experience with cooking, canning, and the use of common kitchen appliances is preferred.
·Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
The ideal candidate will have the sincere desire to help customers and to provide a high level of customer service. This is a full-time position scheduled Monday- Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm.
