Sesame-Ginger Vegetables
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon ginger root, shredded or 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
- 4 medium onions, peeled and sliced
- 2 medium red peppers, cored and sliced
- 2 medium zucchini, sliced
- 4 ounces medium mushrooms, sliced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons stir-fry sauce
Heat vegetable oil and sesame oil in Presto® Electric Skillet at 375°. Stir in sesame seeds and ginger root (or ginger powder). Stir in onion, pepper, zucchini, and mushroom slices. Stir in stir-fry sauce. Stir-fry until vegetables are crisp-tender, approximately 1 minute.
