Dill:

Combine 2 tablespoons minced parsley and 2 tablespoons fresh dill (2 teaspoons dried)

Curry:

Combine 2 tablespoons minced parsley, 1 to 2 teaspoons curry powder, and a dash of cayenne pepper. Great with sweet potatoes.

Spiced:

Combine 2 tablespoons minced parsley, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon allspice, and 1 teaspoon nutmeg. Great with sweet potatoes or combination of both.

Southwest:

Combine 2 tablespoons minced cilantro, 1 to 2 teaspoons Mexican seasoning or chili powder, and 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin.

Italian:

Combine 1 tablespoon chopped basil, 1 tablespoon thyme, and 1 tablespoon marjoram (or 1/2 teaspoon dried), 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder, and 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese.
