Scrambled Eggs with Ham and Veggies
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup diced cooked ham
- 1/4 cup small broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons diced red pepper
- 2 to 4 eggs, as desired
- Salt and pepper, as desired
- 1 teaspoon butter
- Shredded cheddar cheese, as desired
Add water to small compartment. Position ham, broccoli, and pepper in egg holder and place in small compartment. Plug in Power Bento™ electric cooker and allow it to heat while preparing eggs. Beat eggs in bowl. Add salt and pepper.
Add butter to large compartment and allow to melt. Pour prepared eggs into large compartment. Use spoon provided to occasionally stir and fold over eggs until thickened with no liquid egg remaining. Unplug Power Bento. Stir ham and veggies into eggs. Sprinkle with cheese.
Substitute precooked sausage for ham
