Ramen Noodles with Eggs
- 1 3/4 cup water, divided
- 2 eggs
- 1 (3-ounce) package Ramen noodles
- Vegetable shreds or spirals (up to 1/4 cup), as desired*
Add 1/4 cup water to small compartment. Set egg holder in small compartment. Place eggs in egg holder. Add 1 1/2 cups water to large compartment. Place cover on unit. Plug in Power Bento™ electric cooker. Cook 7 minutes. When time is up, remove cover and add ramen noodles, reserving seasoning packet. Add vegetables. Place cover on unit. Cook 3 minutes.
Unplug Power Bento. Remove egg holder and allow eggs to cool naturally 5 minutes for medium cooked or 2 minutes for soft cooked. Then immediately run cold water over eggs and peel. Meanwhile, stir contents of seasoning packet into noodles. Slice or cut eggs as desired into noodles.
*Vegetable choices include: shredded carrots, shredded or spiralized zucchini, sliced green onions and mushrooms, Chinese snap peas.
