• 2 quarts popped popcorn
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup nuts, such as slivered almonds, peanuts, pistachios, or sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit, such as apricots, blueberries, cranberries, or raisins

Prepare a 9 x 9-inch pan by spraying with no stick cooking spray. Set aside. Melt butter and marshmallows in a large, heavy saucepan over medium heat. Remove saucepan from heat. Add popcorn, nuts, and fruits to saucepan and stir well to thoroughly coat mixture. Press mixture firmly into prepared pan. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
