• 2 pounds of zucchini (about 3 medium)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning blend
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Wash and dry zucchini, remove ends, and cut crosswise into 1/4-inch thick slices. Toss zucchini and olive oil in a large bowl to coat  evenly. Tightly arrange zucchini rounds on the Pizzazz® baking pan. Cook on DUAL setting for 5 to 6 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt in a small bowl. When time is up, allow pan to continue to rotate. Using a small spoon, spread a thin layer of Parmesan mixture onto each slice of zucchini. While still in DUAL mode, set timer to 4 minutes and cook until Parmesan is golden brown. Serve immediately.
