• 1 pound fresh green beans
  • 1 cup water

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

Place cooking rack (or basket) in Presto® 4-, 6-, or 8-quart Pressure Cooker. Add beans and water. Close cover securely. Place pressure regulator on vent pipe. COOK 1 to 2 MINUTES at 15 pounds pressure. Cool cooker at once.

Remove beans; set aside. Discard cooking liquid and remove rack. Add butter; allow to melt. Return beans to cooker and coat with butter. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
