Kansas City Barbecue Sauce
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes
Mix ingredients in a non-reactive bowl. Refrigerate until ready to use. Sauce can be stored, covered, for 1 week.
