Gluten-free Waffles
About 3 waffles
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2/3 cup oat flour
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/3 cups milk
Mix almond flour, oat flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. Whisk eggs and milk in a medium bowl. Add milk mixture to dry ingredients. Stir just until flour mixture is thoroughly moistened. Preheat FlipSide® waffle maker. Pour about 1 cup batter onto the center of the bottom grid. Close top and flip waffle maker. Bake until brown, about 5 minutes.
