Corn-on-the-Cob
- Fresh corn ears, husk and silk removed*
- 1/2 cup water
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Butter
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
Add water and cooking rack to cooking pot in Presto® Electric Pressure Cooker Plus. Place corn on rack. Close cover. Place quick pressure release valve on vent pipe. Select VEGETABLES–HIGH and adjust time to 5 minutes. When time is up, use quick pressure release method. Remove corn to serving platter. Butter, salt, and pepper to taste.

Presto Tip:
Number of ears will depend on size of ears. Do not fill pressure cooker over 2/3 full. Cooking time remains 5 minutes no matter the quantity of corn.
