• Fresh corn ears, husk and silk removed*
  • 1 cup water

  • Butter
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

Place cooking rack (or basket) in Presto® 4-, 6-, or 8-quart Pressure Cooker. Place corn on rack, breaking cobs to fit if necessary. Close cover securely. Place pressure regulator on vent pipe. COOK 3 MINUTES at 15 pounds pressure. Cool cooker at once.

Remove corn to serving platter. Butter, salt and pepper to taste.

Number of ears will depend on size of ears. Do not fill pressure cooker over 2/3 full. Cooking time remains 3 minutes no matter the quantity of corn.
