Chocolate Espresso Glaze
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon instant espresso powder
Combine chocolate chips, syrup, milk, and espresso powder in a 1 1/2 to 2 cup microwavable container; microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir until melted.
