• 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips 
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter 
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup 
  • 2 tablespoons milk 
  • 2 tablespoons amaretto, or to taste

Add chocolate and butter to a heavy saucepan. Melt over low heat, stirring until smooth. Gradually stir in corn syrup and milk. Cook and stir 10 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Stir in amaretto. Serve chilled.
