• 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips 
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter 
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup 
  • 2 tablespoons milk 
  • 2 tablespoons amaretto, or to taste

In heavy-bottomed saucepan, combine chocolate and butter and melt over low heat, making sure not to scorch chocolate. Stir until smooth. Gradually stir in corn syrup and milk. Cook and stir 10 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Stir in amaretto. Serve chilled.
