• Cauliflower Crust (see recipe below)
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Prepare Cauliflower Crust as directed below.

Cut parchment paper to fit slightly smaller than the Pizzazz® baking pan. Form crust on parchment paper-lined pan, making sure crust thickness is even. Place loaded baking pan on Pizzazz® pizza oven and bake on DUAL setting for 18 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Carefully remove pan from pizza oven to a cooling rack.

Spread pizza sauce evenly on crust. Sprinkle cheeses over sauce. Return pan to pizza oven. Bake on DUAL setting for 5 to 6 minutes or until browned. 

Shopping Tip:

*If riced cauliflower is not available, fresh riced cauliflower, cooked and thoroughly drained, can be substituted.
