• 1 cup brown rice
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup sliced blanched almonds
  • 1/2 cup diced carrots
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onion
  • 1/2 cup diced green pepper

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Add brown rice and chicken broth to cooking pot in Presto® Electric Pressure Cooker Plus. Stir in almonds, carrots, onion, and pepper. Close cover. Place quick pressure release valve on vent pipe. Select RICE and adjust time to 17 minutes. When time is up, allow pressure to drop of its own accord. Open cover and allow rice to steam 5 minutes. Stir in parsley.
