Banana Bread
10 servings (serving size 3/4-inch slice)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup mashed banana (2 ripe bananas)
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat AirDaddy® air fryer at 325°. Grease and flour 8- x 3 7/8-inch pan.
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. Mix eggs, bananas, butter, and vanilla in a small bowl until blended. Add to dry ingredients and mix just until all ingredients are moistened.
Transfer batter to prepared loaf pan. Bake 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 5 minutes before removing loaf from pan. Let bread cool completely before slicing.
