Baked Brie in Puff Pastry
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry (half of 17-ounce package), thawed as directed
- 1 (6- to 8-ounce) round Brie cheese
- 2 tablespoons chili jam
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 2 crisp apples, sliced
Preheat AirDaddy® air fryer at 375°.
Place thawed pastry sheet on flat surface. Gently roll pastry with a rolling pin to smooth the folds.
Place cheese in center of pastry, spread jam on top of cheese. Fold the pastry up over the sides of the cheese, pleating the upper edges to fit snugly around the cheese. Pinch and twist the pastry together in the center to seal. Brush top lightly with milk.
Place on small sheet of aluminum foil and transfer to basket. Bake for 15 to 16 minutes or until pastry is golden brown. Remove foil. Serve with apple slices.

Chili jam is a sweet and spicy condiment that adds a touch of heat. Apricot preserves or raspberry jam can be substituted for the chili jam if a sweeter flavor is desired.
