Asian Dumplings with Dipping Sauce
- 1 3/4 cup water, divided
- 5 to 8 frozen pre-steamed Asian dumplings
- Red pepper strips, as desired
- Frozen shelled edamame, to taste
- 1/4 cup dipping sauce
- Fresh cilantro, optional
- White sesame seeds, optional
Add 1/4 cup water to small compartment. Add 1 1/2 cups water to large compartment. Plug in Power Bento™ electric cooker. Bring water to a boil. Add dumplings, pepper strips, and edamame to large compartment. Place cover on unit. Cook 5 minutes.
Unplug Power Bento. With cover in place, grasp the side and base handles of unit and carefully drain water from dumplings. Add dipping sauce to small compartment. Add cilantro and white sesame seeds to dumplings, if desired. Dip dumplings or spoon sauce over dumplings for serving.
