• 8 slices marble rye bread
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing, divided
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese, divided
  • 8 slices deli sliced corned beef, divided
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained, divided
  • 3 tablespoons butter, softened

Heat Presto® Electric Griddle at 350°. Spread dressing on one side of each bread slice. On four slices of bread, top with one slice of cheese, two slices of corned beef, 1/4 cup of sauerkraut, and another slice of cheese on top. Cover each sandwich with the remaining slices of bread.

Lightly butter bread on outside of sandwiches. Cook until golden on the bottom, about 4-5 minutes. Flip sandwiches over and cook another 4-5 minutes until bread is golden and cheese is melted.
