Grilled Reuben Sandwiches
Makes 4 sandwiches
- 8 slices marble rye bread
- 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing, divided
- 8 slices Swiss cheese, divided
- 8 slices deli-sliced corned beef, divided
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained, divided
- 3 tablespoons butter, softened
Preheat Presto® Electric Griddle at 350°. Spread dressing on one side of each bread slice. Top four slices of bread with one slice of cheese, two slices of corned beef, 1/4 cup sauerkraut, and another slice of cheese. Cover each sandwich with the remaining slices of bread.
Lightly butter bread on outside of sandwiches. Cook until golden on the bottom, about 4 to 5 minutes. Flip sandwiches over and cook another 4 to 5 minutes until bread is golden and cheese is melted.
