In accordance with Quebec's Consumer Protection Act, as amended by Bill 29, National Presto states the following with respect to the availability of certain replacement parts for the category of National Presto products identified below:

Electric Pressure Canners

Replacement Parts: The following replacement parts are available for purchase to consumers located in Quebec for National Presto’s electric pressure canners: Regulator, Sealing Ring, Sealing Ring Frame, Cord, Canning Rack, Rubber Foot, Vent Filter Cover, Interlock Gasket, Vent Pipe, Air Vent/Cover Lock, Removable Pot, O-ring, Cover Handle and Body Handle.

Repair Services: Repair services for electric pressure canners are not available through any network of authorized service providers.

Repair and Maintenance Information: Consumers should contact the Presto Service Department to address any issues related to damaged or malfunctioning units. Contact information for the Presto Service Department can be found in your product manual.

HeatDish® Heaters

Replacement Parts: The knob for HeatDish® heaters is available for purchase as a replacement part for consumers located in Quebec.

Repair Services: Repair services for HeatDish® heaters are not available through any network of authorized service providers.
