Gingerbread Waffle Batter
- 2 cups pancake/waffle mix
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup molasses
Mix pancake/waffle mix, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, and nutmeg in a large bowl. Whisk water, oil, and molasses in a medium bowl. Add liquid mixture to dry ingredients. Whisk until dry ingredients are thoroughly moistened.
