Fruit Breakfast Toasts
- 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Italian bread, sliced
- Fresh fruit of choice: sliced strawberries, sliced kiwi, sliced peaches, blueberries, raspberries
Combine mascarpone, honey, and vanilla in a small bowl; mix until well blended. Set aside.
Preheat Presto® Electric Griddle at 400°. Toast bread slices for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Remove from griddle and immediately spread slices with mascarpone mixture. Top with fruit. Serve Warm.
