Cauliflower Crust
- 10-ounce package (2 cups) riced cauliflower*, thawed and drained thoroughly
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Mix cauliflower, egg, mozzarella, Parmesan, coconut flour, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and pepper until thoroughly combined in a medium bowl.
