Asian Slaw
- 4 cups shredded napa cabbage
- 1/4 cup julienne carrots
- 1/4 cup julienne red pepper
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced onion
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix cabbage, carrots, pepper, onion, and cilantro in a medium bowl. Whisk olive oil, vinegar, sesame oil, and salt in a small bowl. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss to coat.
