How to install the Pizzazz® Plus Rotating Pizza Oven tray. Position the tray over the lower heating element at an angle so the back inside rim of the tray rests against the back of the curls on the lower element tray. Slowly lower the tray until it is parallel to the counter. Gently drop the tray in place—it will automatically center itself so that the drive shaft is inserted in the tray’s hub. Usually, the tray rotates slightly as it drops into place. You can tell that it is properly in place by plugging the unit in. The tray will immediately begin to rotate. If it doesn’t, reposition the tray using the above instructions.
