This video applies only to the 02153 and 02154 models of the Presto Precise® Digital Pressure Canners.

When you complete your canning project, you will need to empty the water from the canner. When pressure canning, three quarts of water or less will remain in the canner. After boiling water canning, a great deal more water will still be in the canner. This video shows how to safely empty the water from the canner.
