• 1 large English (seedless) cucumber, ends trimmed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

Fit SaladShooter® slicer/shredder with Slice Cone. Slice cucumbers into a colander. Sprinkle salt over cucumber slices and allow to drain for 1 hour. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, parsley, and dill in a medium bowl. Add cucumbers to mayonnaise mixture and stir to combine. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
