• 1 cup olive salad (see recipe below)
  • 2 (7-inch) naan flatbreads
  • 2 slices ham, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 sliced mortadella, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 slices Genoa salami, quartered
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded 

Lightly brush each piece of flatbread with the olive oil from the olive salad. Spread olive salad evenly on each piece of bread, reserving a small amount to add as final topping. Place ham, mortadella, and salami on top of olive salad, dividing evenly. Top with cheese and reserved olive salad.

In Presto® Indoor Smoker position charring cup around heating element and fill half full with wood chips; cover with charring cup lid. Position one pizza on base rack. Place rack in smoker. Stack an additional rack and position the other pizza on rack. Place cover on smoker. Hot Smoke for 15 to 20 minutes until cheese is melted.

Shopping Tip:

Giardiniera is usually found with pickles and olives in the grocery store. Mortadella may not be available in all regions. Substitute with additional salami and/or ham.
