Wash radishes and trim off tails and tops. Fit into food chamber
of SaladShooter® electric slicer/shredder. Using Slicing Cone, slice radishes
into serving bowl. Remove outer skin of onion and cut to fit in food chamber;
slice into bowl with radishes. Cut celery stalk to fit in food chamber; slice
into bowl with other vegetables. Combine vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame
oil; pour over vegetables and toss to mix. Let marinate a few hours. Sprinkle
with sesame seeds before serving. Especially good with chicken or pork.
