Create a smoked specialty pizza using your favorite ingredients or choose from the options listed below.

Crust:  Focaccia, Pita bread, or any type of flatbread

Sauce:  Alfredo sauce, pizza sauce, pesto

Toppings: Sun-dried tomatoes, any variety pepper slices, olives, herbs, onions, mushrooms, spinach

Meat/Seafood (precooked): Crumbled bacon, pepperoni, Italian sausage, andouille sausage, shrimp

Cheese: Blue cheese crumbles, Parmesan cheese shavings, fresh mozzarella

In Presto® Indoor Smoker position charring cup around heating element and fill half full with wood chips; cover with charring cup lid. Position pizza on base rack. Place rack in smoker. Stack an additional rack, if necessary, and position pizza on rack. Hot Smoke for 15 to 20 minutes until cheese is melted.
