Heat electric skillet at 375°. Heat oils, sesame seed and ginger in electric skillet. Add chicken and brown. Add onion, zucchini, pepper, and mushrooms. Cook 1 minute. Add stir-fry sauce, cover and cook 1 minute. Reduce heat to warm. Fill pitas with chicken and vegetable combination. Top with shredded cheese.
