Barbecues

  • 3 pounds ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 ribs celery, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed tomato soup

Preheat electric skillet at 350°. Brown ground beef with onion, pepper, and celery. Cook until vegetables are tender. Add remaining ingredients. Turn heat control down until pilot light goes out. Simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
