Gingered Fruit

2 firm plums, pitted
1 apple, peeled
1 firm pear
1 firm kiwi, peeled
1/3 cup honey
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped candied ginger OR 1/4 teaspoon shredded fresh ginger or ground ginger

Cut plums, apple, and pear into quarters or eighths, if large, to fit in SaladShooter® electric slicer/shredder food chamber. Using Slicing Cone, slice fruit into mixing bowl. Combine honey and lemon juice; pour over fruit and toss to mix. Sprinkle with candied, fresh, or ground ginger.
Makes about 4 cups
