A Special Message for Teachers:
At National Presto Industries, we believe in the power of education and we hope you will consider using our Pressure Cooking School Program as an important part of your curriculum. To assure excellence in education, we have developed this learning program specifically for Family and Consumer Sciences related courses. It includes lessons on pressure cooking techniques as well as the parts of a pressure cooker and their functions. The program is complete with a teacher's lesson plan for each unit, classroom activities, and worksheets. While these materials can be printed directly from the web pages listed below, we recommend that you download the PDF version instead. This format allows you the opportunity to download the entire document to print or view later, exactly as the original, on your own computer. To do so, however, you will need a program called Adobe® Reader®. If you do not have it, you may download it for free by following the instructions below. Either way, we encourage you to utilize these materials to help your students learn about a fun and healthy way to cook.
To download the Pressure Cooking School Program as a PDF file...

HOW TO GET ADOBE® READER®:
