The exclusive Tilt'nDrain** feature easily adjusts from a level grilling surface for eggs and pancakes to a tilted draining surface for meats. Griddle tilts by simply pulling the handles outward. Push the handles back in to return to a level surface. Select the desired cooking temperature with the Control Master* heat control. A deluxe nonstick finish provides stick-free cooking and no-scour cleaning.  Slide-out drip tray removes for easy cleaning. Griddle is immersible with the heat control removed.
